1) This is a round table. I don’t expect everyone to share the same ideals or to exhibit the same sense of morality. But, don’t be an azz. Let’s try to provide good feedback in a constructive manner. One mans joke is another mans turmoil.
2) If you are not sure about something, anything, everything…ask.
3) Recognize the goals of this institution. a) Allowing people to vent. b) Potentially help people find a way to avoid pitfalls. c) Have a laugh about it.
4) Just like at work… if you don’t like it, you can leave. No hard feelings, no ill will. Square pegs don’t fit into round holes…I get it. And, I would rather someone be happy than barter their souls.
